Rafly Muhammad Maulana, S.Ak. is a professional with experience in accounting, tax compliance, and tax litigation. He began his career in 2023 as an Accounting Staff at a distribution company, where he gained practical experience in financial transaction recording and accounting processes, as well as an understanding of how accounting is applied in day-to-day business operations. In 2024, Rafly joined MBC Consulting as a Junior Consultant in the Tax Compliance Division. As he developed his professional experience and capabilities, he was entrusted with greater responsibilities and currently serves as a Team Leader in the Compliance and Litigation Division. In his current role, Rafly is involved in handling various tax compliance requirements and supporting clients in addressing tax-related matters. His accounting background provides him with a strong foundation for understanding the relationship between business transactions, financial reporting, and their corresponding tax implications. This enables him to approach tax matters from a comprehensive perspective and assist in identifying potential tax risks arising from clients’ business activities. As a Team Leader, Rafly is also responsible for coordinating team assignments, reviewing work performed by team members, and ensuring that services delivered to clients meet the required quality standards and comply with the prevailing tax regulations. In carrying out his responsibilities, he emphasizes accuracy, analytical thinking, and effective communication in understanding and addressing clients’ tax needs.
