Maulana Zaenal has more than 9 years of experience in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation, advising multinational companies across various industries on complex tax matters and strategic business decisions. With comprehensive expertise in taxation, accounting, business law, Transfer Pricing, and International Taxation, Maulana combines technical, legal, and commercial perspectives to deliver practical, value-driven solutions tailored to clients’ business needs. Maulana is a Registered Tax Attorney before the Indonesian Tax Court under License No. KHP-3610 and a Registered Tax Consultant under the Tax Consultant Information System (SIKOP) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. He has extensive experience handling tax and Transfer Pricing disputes throughout various stages, including Tax Audits, Tax Objections, Tax Appeals, Tax Lawsuits, and Judicial Review proceedings. In the area of Transfer Pricing, Maulana has extensive experience in advising clients on related-party transactions, arm’s length analysis, Transfer Pricing Documentation, and Transfer Pricing dispute resolution. His International Taxation experience also covers various cross-border tax matters involving multinational businesses and international transactions. Maulana also holds an Advanced Professional Certificate of International Taxation (APCIT) issued by the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), The Netherlands, further strengthening his professional expertise in International Taxation.
