Ishaq Prapta Utama is a graduate of the State College of Accountancy (STAN), holding a Diploma III in Customs and Excise and a Diploma IV in Accounting. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. Prior to becoming a consultant, Ishaq accumulated more than 16 years of experience with the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, where he served as a Customs and Excise Inspector. Throughout his tenure, he was actively involved in various customs and excise matters, international trade compliance, export-import activities, and customs supervision and administration. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, Ishaq possesses in-depth knowledge of customs and excise regulations, import and export procedures, customs facilities, tariff classification, customs valuation, and international trade compliance. His expertise has enabled numerous national and multinational companies to effectively manage customs risks, strengthen compliance, and optimize their international trade operations. In addition to his consulting practice, Ishaq remains actively involved in delivering training programs, seminars, and workshops on customs and excise, export-import regulations, and international trade matters for various multinational and domestic companies. He also serves as a lecturer, trainer, and guest speaker at universities, professional training institutions, and educational centers throughout Indonesia. As a senior consultant and practitioner in customs, excise, and international trade, Ishaq is recognized for providing practical, comprehensive, and business-oriented solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
