Donie is a graduate of the State College of Accountancy (STAN) and a registered Tax Consultant holding Tax Consultant License No. KP-9016/IP.C/2023. He is also licensed as a Tax Court Attorney under Decree No. KEP-1220/PP/IKH/2023. In addition, Donie holds a Level C Tax Consultant Certification, the highest professional certification available in the Indonesian tax consulting profession. He possesses extensive experience in taxation, accounting, corporate finance, budgeting, and financial and tax advisory services. His professional background includes advising a wide range of clients, including state-owned enterprises (SOEs), domestic corporations, and multinational companies. For more than ten years, Donie has been actively involved in handling tax disputes at both the objection and appeal levels. He has assisted local and multinational clients in managing tax audits, tax objections, tax appeals, and various proceedings before the Tax Court. His experience enables him to provide strategic and practical solutions in complex tax controversy matters. Prior to becoming a tax consultant, Donie served as an Auditor at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). He was also a member of a joint task force between BPKP and the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) established to support the optimization of national tax revenues. This experience has provided him with a strong understanding of tax compliance, tax audits, regulatory supervision, and tax dispute resolution. Combining his experience in both the public and private sectors, Donie is able to deliver comprehensive, practical, and commercially sound tax solutions while ensuring compliance with prevailing tax laws and regulations.
