Darma Ridho Ali, S.Ak joined MBC Consulting in 2021 and has developed strong expertise in Transfer Pricing. Throughout his professional career, he has served clients across various industries, including mining, healthcare, automotive, construction, and other sectors. He has extensive experience working with a coal mining company with a significant business scale, including a company with annual revenue of approximately IDR 6 trillion. His experience includes managing Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc) on an end-to-end basis, covering data collection and analysis, documentation preparation, and finalization in accordance with the arm’s length principle. In addition to Transfer Pricing Documentation, he has experience in Transfer Pricing risk identification and mitigation, including assessing potential tax risks arising from related-party transactions. Her experience also includes assisting clients during tax audits, particularly in addressing Transfer Pricing adjustments and developing supporting arguments and documentation based on the arm’s length principle. He currently serves as a Team Leader in the Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc) Division at MBC Consulting, where he is responsible for coordinating the team and overseeing the quality of Transfer Pricing engagements, while considering technical, compliance, and tax risk aspects. To further strengthen her professional expertise in Transfer Pricing, he/she has completed training and obtained the Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation (APCIT) – Transfer Pricing, supporting his/her capabilities in addressing various Transfer Pricing and international taxation matters
